Access to the fitness and thermal facilities is available to guests aged 16 years and above Appropriate sportswear must be worn in the gym.
Swim-wear is required in thermal areas. Guests must shower before using Hydro pool, sauna & steam rooms.
Guests should ensure they are medically fit to use the facilities. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are under medical supervision, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Use of the gym and thermal areas is at the user s own risk. The facility accepts no responsibility for injuries or health issues arising from misuse or failure to follow guidelines.

Gym equipment must be used correctly and for its intended purpose. Please wipe down equipment after use and return items to their designated areas. Lockers are provided for convenience.
The facility is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
